Carmen Carr to Hosts Truckee River Watershed Council “A River Talk”

truckeeriverwatershedAs a supporter of the Truckee River Watershed Council and am very excited about the work they are doing. They have a fantastic approach to protecting and restoring the Truckee River.

I am helping to get the word out into the community about their work and get them feedback about their programs and services.
I will be hosting A River Talk on October 8, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the Sotheby’s office here in Tahoe Donner.

11382 Northwoods Blvd. Truckee CA 96161

You may be familiar with some of their programs, like Truckee River Day or the Coldstream Canyon Floodplain Restoration.  I think you’ll be interested in learning more about the full scope of the work they do and how they’re making a difference for the River and us. I would appreciate it if you could carve some time out to attend the River Talk. You won’t be asked to make a financial contribution, but they will welcome your advice and feedback.
