ONGOING:

  • Regularly provide you with information on the current market conditions and any possible affects on the sale of your property.
  • Keep track of all showings by other agents to obtain their feedback and to promote your home.
  • Update the marketing plan and pricing strategy if necessary
  • Send you copies of all the ads that have been placed
  • Assist you in negotiating all offers in order to get the highest dollar value for your property and favorable terms

ONCE IN ESCROW:

  • Submit accepted offer to appropriate local Title Company.
  • Assist in scheduling and working with contractors & inspectors.
  • Handle details, follow up, inspections, mortgage, title, escrow & all other closing procedures necessary to complete the sale of your home.
