Directions: Traveling west on I-80, take the Donner Pass Road exit in Truckee. Proceed south through the stop sign and pass the Chevron and 76 service stations and The Inn at Truckee by ½ mile and it will take you to the designated winter parking area.
Make sure to check that the hike’s characteristics (elevation gain, length, and route type) meet your abilities here.
