It took Carmen a year to help us find our mountain home and 72 hours to sell it. What happened in the intervening 5 years was a developing friendship, many vetted referrals to local tradespeople, multiple guided hikes and an ongoing respect for her professional acumen. Carmen is a Truckee local, is well connected and respected by all who know her. She is patient and always led by what are her clients’ needs and wishes. She has gone out of her way so many times for us when we were separated by distance (we were 2nd home owners in the Truckee area, not always on site) to help us manage our home.
