Carmen was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in the Truckee area and was great at understanding what I was looking for. She stuck with me despite the bumpiness from COVID that occurred a couple months into my search. She was very patient with me and handled all my questions and stressful decision changes well. She was very respectful and welcoming, and helped me ultimately find my new home that I’m enjoying now!!
