We can’t thank Carmen enough with the help of the sale of our home in Truckee. She was extremely professional, she helped us with everything we needed to do to get the house ready to sell and all points to the end of handing over the keys to the new buyers. She answered our questions in a timely, professional manner. Sent us weekly updates on the market, showed us our competition to make sure we were priced right, and helped with all local agencies that we needed to contact to get pre-approved (fire-department, sewer) for the sale of the home. We liked the fact that she had a great behind the scenes group to help her, but she was the only one we were in contact with. We wanted a realtor that worked by her/himself so that things didn’t get lost in translation or in the system by “many partners” involved. We truly can’t say enough great things about Carmen and her skills to help us sell our home. Not only do we recommend her, we would use her again in a heartbeat!
